PORTLAND, Ore -- Miguel Figueroa is furious about the bruising on his face and elbow. He also has a fat lip. He said early Friday morning three men came after him outside his Southwest Portland apartment.
"I was pushed down and then hit in the face, scraped my arm," said Figueroa. "He basically said, 'that is the guy from the Portland Outdoor Store and we're doing this for our friend.'"
Those words resonated with Figueroa because earlier in the week his co-worker at the Portland Outdoor Store was also attacked. Larry Allen, 70, was hosing down the sidewalks when somebody hit him over the head with a skateboard.

"I have no idea exactly how it happened," said Allen.
Investigators released a sketch of the suspect in Allen's attack. It is believed he runs with the street kids. They are homeless and known for being aggressive and violent.
"The comments from a lot of people, especially in downtown Portland, is that they are completely fed up with it," said Brad Popick, manager of the Portland Outdoor Store.
The Portland Police Bureau's mobile precinct was parked outside the store Friday afternoon. Officers know there is tension on the streets in the wake of the attack on Allen.
"Anytime you have an innocent person attacked it's very frustrating for us," said Lieutenant Mike Fort.
Figueroa experienced that frustration first hand. He was at home when he was attacked. It could be connected to the assault earlier in the week.
"I believe in karma," said Figueroa. "I think they'll get what they deserve."
Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest in the Larry Allen case. If you have any information you are urged to call the Portland Police Bureau.
