PORTLAND – Tactical officers swarmed a North Portland home and seized thousands of dollars worth of heroin, crack and pot Wednesday morning, police said.
At 5 a.m., officers searched the home in the 8400 block of North Fessenden Street and found a safe containing 188 grams of crack cocaine, 123 grams of cocaine, and 228 grams of marijuana. Police estimate the street value of the drugs was around $45,000.
Officers also seized more than $25,000 is cash from the home, said Sgt. Pete Simpson with Portland Police.
Police arrested 43-year-old Addison Blackmon III (pictured left) and 52-year-old Hansen Lamar Richardson (pictured right) at the home.
Cops were tipped off after Portland police’s Gang Enforcement Team conducted a detailed drug investigation, Simpson said.
Richardson and Blackmon were charged with seven drug trafficking crimes. Richardson was also charged with failing to register as a sex offender.
