PORTLAND - Gunfire sent a North Portland park into temporary lockdown Friday.
Police said around 1:15 p.m. one man was shot in the leg on the 9200 block of N. Seneca. He went to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Detectives arrested 22-year-old Joshua Clay Jones for assault.
