PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- The Oregon State Police say the decomposed remains of a man were found east of Biggs Junction near Interstate 84.

Lt. Gregg Hastings says workers cutting brush in the area between the freeway and railroad tracks discovered the remains yesterday morning.
Hastings says there were no obvious signs of foul play, but the investigation remains active.
