Deputy Allan Borland identified the woman as 34-year-old Shawna Leigh, of Madras. Borland said the accident happened Sunday afternoon.
Due to the terrain, Search and Rescue responded to assist with two ATV teams. The Redmond Fire Department was first on scene.
The medics stabilized the victim and requested Air Life assistance.
Leigh was then flown to Saint Charles Hospital in Bend, with non life-threatening injuries. Authorities said she fell off the ATV and rolled over her legs.
Friends rendered aid and called 9-1-1. The expectant mother was wearing a helmet.
