Flooding in the greater Portland area appeared to have claimed a life Monday -- a man's body was found face-down in rain-swollen Hedges Creek in Tualatin, police said.
The man was identified as 54-year-old Ronald D. Albertson. A medical examiner will determine the cause of death. Police said the death appears to have been accidental.
