PORTLAND, Ore. -- A McMinnville tanning salon employee allegedly tried to help a customer apply spray-on tan, while she was naked, and without her permission.

Michael Ray Retone, 22

McMinnville police arrested Michael Ray Retone, a 22-year-old resident of Carlton, Ore., Tuesday on charges that he sexually abused a customer at Bronze Bodies Tanning Salon.

The victim, an 18-year-old woman, told police that Retone entered her private tanning room on Oct. 31 while she was still undressed and insisted on “wiping down” a spray-on tan application in order to “ensure a good tan.”

She said the contact was unsolicited and that he fondled her breasts and genital area.

Retone was jailed in the Yamhill County Correctional Facility and faces two counts of Sex Abuse 3 and one count of privacy invasion.
