Portland Police Homicide detectives were called to a home in the 500 block of SE 155^th avenue on Saturday morning after someone reported finding the body of a man inside.

Just before 10:45 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to the home by medical personnel who had responded on the report of the deceased man.

The Medical Examiner determined that the victim’s body had signs of trauma that were not consistent with a natural death.

Detectives planned to begin processing the scene on Saturday night.

The identity of the victim had not been released.
