The 39-year-old Cedar Hills-area physician was acquitted Friday after a three-week trial.

His attorney, Stephen Houze, said Lee plans to resume his medical practice. Before his arrest, he worked as a physician for pregnant women at the Northwest Perinatal Center.
An emergency suspension on Lee's medical license remains in effect until the Oregon Medical Board has a chance to investigate and review his case and professional career. The license could be restored by December.
Authorities said the accusations were not connected to Lee's work at the clinic.
