It happened on Highway 42 near Myrtle Point when driver of an ATI Systems truck lost control rounding a curve, according to Oregon State Police Lieutenant Steve Smartt. The truck slid and rolled onto its’ side.
The driver and another passenger were not hurt, police said they were wearing seat belts.
None of the money inside spilled, police said.
An OSP trooper from Coos Bay remained on scene until the money from the truck could be safely transferred, and the truck was towed, according to Smartt.
