The event was organized in support of the Cascade AIDS Project and started at 8:30 a.m. Sunday morning at Pioneer Courthouse Square in downtown Portland.

The 21st annual event raises funds for CAP's HIV/AIDS services, public education and prevention and outreach efforts to youth and adults most at risk for contracting HIV.
