Owners Gregg and Linda Schumacher say Kevin Mieras took part in freewheeling protests outside the business. Gregg Schumacher also accused Mieras of going to his house, but the protester says he does not even know where the Schumachers live.

District Judge Michael Mosman dismissed Mieras from the lawsuit in late September.
In April, the Schumachers filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against activists and the city of Portland, claiming that the weekly demonstrations cost the business at least $2 million in economic damage.
The suit says the protesters broke laws, including public nudity, excessive noise, blocking sidewalks and spreading excrement on their building.
