ALOHA -- A 23-year old Aloha man was arrested Tuesday on charges that he
raped and impregnated an 11-year old girl, Washington County sheriff's
officials said.
Oscar Siquina-Riscajche was held in the county jail on a bail set at
$500,000. He was due to be arraigned in court on Wednesday afternoon
after being indicted by a grand jury for first-degree rape and sexual
abuse, both Measure 11 crimes that carry lengthy mandatory prison
sentences if convicted.
Detectives believe that Siquina-Riscajche raped, and possibly drugged,
the girl in his apartment at SW 214th Ave. in February, said sheriff's
office spokeswoman Sandy James.
"The little girl is now 8 months pregnant," James said.
Investigators said the girl's pregnancy was recently revealed during a
hospital visit along with her mother. James said the hospital reported
the pregnacy to the Oregon Department of Health and Human Services,
which notified the sheriff's office.
James said authorities think Siquina-Riscajche may have victimized other
young girls at his apartment. She urged any additional victims to come
forward and contact Det. Gary Wright at (503) 846-2593 or (503) 846-2524.
