The Lane County district attorney's office said 57-year-old Robert Gene Lyons of Springfield had a blood alcohol level of 0.24 percent -- three times the legal limit.
Lyons is a paraplegic and drives using hand controls.
He pleaded guilty last month to driving under the influence of alcohol, hit and run, recklessly endangering another person and assault.
Both accidents occurred after Lyons left a bar where he had been drinking with co-workers.
