ALBANY, Ore. -- Two 18-year-old Albany men were arrested for secretly videotaping one of them having sex with underage girls.
Linn County Sheriff Tim Mueller said a teen tipped off police after hearing about the possible existence of the video.
Detectives got permission to do a search of a laptop owned by 18-year-old Jesse Thomas Strickland. On it, police said they found two separate videos of 18-year-old Andrew James Pigg setting up a camera built into the laptop, then having sex with each girl.

Detectives said the 16- and 17-year-old victims said they didn’t know they were being recorded.
Both men were charged with two counts of using a child in a sexually explicit display, encouraging child sex abuse, and invasion of privacy. Pigg was also charged with tampering with a witness.
Detectives said they didn’t know if there were any more copies of the video and continued to investigate.
Both suspects posted bail and were released from the Linn County Jail, Mueller said.
