KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. (AP) -- An Aloha man has been convicted of raping a 14-year-old Chiloquin girl.

Jason Lee Bainbridge had been the boyfriend of the girl's mother.

Prosecutors say the 30-year-old Bainbridge gave the girl alcohol and then raped her when her mother was hospitalized.

But she did not tell anybody about it for three years.

Sentencing was set for August 29.
