Suspect arrested in Salem man's death

SALEM -- A man sought in what police presume to be the killing of a Salem resident has been arrested in Washington state.

The suspect is Leonardo Gonzalez, 21, said Salem Police Lt. Jim Anglemier.
Gonzalez was arrested on a fugitive warrant and held at the Whatcom County jail in Bellingham, according to jail records.
Police said the last reporting sighting of Christopher Lampkin, 23, was April 10, when he got into a car in Salem.
After his family reported him missing, police said they believed that he had been killed in Salem and named Gonzalez as a suspect.
Lampkin's body has not been found, said Lt. Bill Kohlmeyer.
