Three men were arrested after a fatal shooting in downtown Portland that
also wounded a teenager and sparked a police chase early Monday morning,
investigators said.

Police identified the victim as 29-year-old Adrian Ramon Ali Bible of Seattle, said Sgt. Brian Schmautz with the Portland Police Bureau.
Witnesses told police the shooting happened just after 1 a.m. outside a nightclub called Vue, near the intersection of SW 3rd and SW Oak Street.
“All the sudden I heard all this ‘pop, pop, pop, pop, pop,’ I mean, it was a lot of pops, happening all at once,” said bystander Andy Askren.
Officers responding to the scene found a black man who had collapsed on the ground in the 200 block of SW Washington.
“An ambulance was called to the scene and the victim died as he was receiving medical attention," Schmautz said.
A 17-year-old also hobbled into Legacy Emanuel Hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg around 1:30 a.m., Schmautz said. But the unidentified man was not cooperating with investigators.

Police investigate the shooting scene near the intersection of SW 3rd and SW Oak Street.
Back at the shooting scene, witnesses alerted police to a suspect vehicle that fled the scene and officers spotted it approaching the Broadway Bridge moments later.
Schmautz said police chased the vehicle to the intersection of NE 1st and Multnomah where three men later identified as 27-year-old Deandros Brown, 25-year-old Corey Hudson and 32-year-old Lorenzo Jones jumped out and ran from the car. Officers eventually caught and arrested the trio.
Officers found guns in the vehicle and all three suspects face charges of felon in possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of a weapon. Jones was also charged with attempt to elude a police officer.
So far, no one has been charged with murder.
Investigators spent more than 10 hours processing the four-block crime scene. Police closed off SW 2nd to SW 3rd and SW Alder to SW Oak. This included access to downtown Portland from the Morrison Bridge during the Monday morning and lunchtime commute.
Detectives believe the suspect or suspects fired at least 40 rounds during the course of shooting, Schmautz said.
This was the 5th downtown shooting in the past four months in Portland, including a shooting just one day prior on Sunday.
In that incident, police think two people exchanged gunfire in a parking lot at SW First Ave. and SW Yamhill Street around 2 a.m. No one was injured but police arrested one suspect who now faces attempted murder charges.
“I used to think this was a pretty safe place to be. I still do, but at night, that’s changed,” said Skip Klarkquist, who works in the downtown area.
