Drunk driving suspect arrested for trail of destruction in Beaverton

BEAVERTON, Ore. -- A truck driver was arrested for a slamming into a line of parked cars in a Beaverton neighborhood Thursday night.
Detective Pam Judge, Beaverton Police said 19-year-old Jakeb Richard White left a trail of hit cars, mailboxes, a street sign and a tree or two.

Police said White hit the first car at Sexton Mt. Drive, then three other vehicles before his car flipped at SW Davies and Teal.
White was taken to OHSU for his injuries. He was charged with five counts of reckless driving, hit-and-run property damage, criminal mischief and DUII.
