A norovirus sickened more than 100 people at a popular Tigard-area restaurant earlier this week, health officials said Friday.
Officials said they do not know whether a patron or an employee brought the virus into PF Chang’s China Bistro, located in Bridgeport Village.

They think the virus got into food at the restaurant but don’t know which food.
Norovirus strains are highly contagious and spread very quickly. They are more common during colder months.
The restaurant is expected to reopen at 11 a.m. Saturday.
The restaurant closed before the dinner rush on Wednesday so an environmental cleanup company could come in and sanitize everything.
