Credit union offers low-rate loans for bikes

PORTLAND, Ore. -- A local credit union is giving out new loans for bicycles.
The Unitus Community Credit Union teamed up with some bicycle shops and builders to offer the low, fixed rates to its members on June 13th.
The Bicycle Transportation Alliance is also helping to sponsor the program.

Borrowers can take out from $250 up to $2,500.
Anyone who lives or works in Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, Clark, Marion, Polk or Yamhill counties can join
