Dry skies and mild mornings for weekend

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Dry conditions and a beautiful weekend were forecast for the Portland area.
KGW forecaster Jim Donovan said highs should be in the low to mid-80s Saturday and Sunday.
There would continue to be some morning clouds keeping temps a bit lower due to cooler air coming off the ocean.

On the Coast, some clouds and drizzle were expected at times with cooler highs in the 60s.
Crews fighting fires in Oregon should be on the lookout for possible lightning next week that could spark very dry brush in the area.
