Police have suspect in Gresham murder

GRESHAM -- Gresham Police are seeking more information on a New York man they say is a suspect in a murder two weeks ago. kgw.com/Gresham Police Tremayne Durham is a suspect in a Gresham murder. Tremayne A. Durham, 34, of Brooklyn, N.Y., remains in custody on burglary and other charges related to the June 15 murder of Adam Calbreath at his Southeast Mt. Hood Highway apartment, said Sgt. Jeffry Hansen, a spokesman for the Gresham Police Department. Calbreath was found shot in the head. Police urge anyone who may have seen Durham in the Gresham and east Portland area between the first week of June through June 25th to contact them at the information tip line at (503) 618-2719 or toll free at (888) 989-3505. Durham is a light skinned black male, approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 240 pounds. He has black collar length hair worn in corn rows, Hansen said. He was likely on foot and stayed in local motels in the Gresham area near 69th Avenue and Southeast Rhone Street; and in the area of 106th Avenue and Northeast Shaver Street, he said.
