And that’s not all.

Billy Rayshon Bankhead, 21, and his cousin, Earnest Ray Reed, 23, are accused of beating the teenager, who lives in the same apartment complex, and subjecting him to a series of cruel acts, said detective Wendi Babst with the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.

The alleged victim’s name was not released. Fearing for their lives, his family has decided to move out of the area, Babst said.

Last Thursday morning, Bankhead and Reed invited the teen to their residence at the Clackamas Village Apartments, the boy told deputies.

He said he knew Bankhead and had been to his apartment before to visit, but this time, the men starting beating him.

The men, who had bragged to the victim that they had connections to a Bloods gang located in southern California, also pointed firearms at the boy and threatened him, accusing him of "snitching" on them for something, Babst said. It was unclear what they were referring to.

They then used a razor to shave patches of the teen’s hair and forced him to drink their urine, he told deputies. He also said the men forced him to undress and put him in a bathtub in which they made him hold his head under hot water, and that they tied him up at one point, but he was able to free himself.

"I thought I was going to die...it was horrible...you only see things like that in the movies," the teen said.

He said the two men threatened to kill him and his family before finally letting him leave the apartment. The boy said he ran naked to his residence, where he told his family what had happened. He was transported to a hospital where he was treated for numerous injuries, Babst said.

“It’s pretty horrific, all the things they did,” she said. “The investigation leads us to believe that exactly what the boy said happened...that there was no exaggeration, even though it sounds far-fetched.”

Bankhead and Reed were being held in the Clackamas County Jail on charges of kidnapping, assault and unlawful possession of a weapon with intent to use, Babst said.

Bail was set at $250,000.

Both men, who recently moved from California, were scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Clackamas County Circuit Court on July 5th.
