| Recommended Clatsop Beach body is Portland man

SEASIDE, Ore. - A body found Tuesday evening on Clatsop Beach north of Seaside has been identified as William Don Harris, 63, of Portland, police said.
Harris who was wearing a life jacket. A kayak was found nearby and he is presumed to have drowned by accident. There appears to be no foul play involved.
