Jogger shot with dart on Sellwood Bridge

A jogger told police he was the victim of a bizarre and frightening crime on the Sellwood Bridge. File photo/Eric Norberg The Sellwood Bridge in Southeast Portland. He said someone attacked him with a blow dart when he was jogging across the Southeast Portland bridge Tuesday afternoon. The jogger told authorities he felt a sting and then saw a metal dart lodged in his chest. He managed to run to Willamette Park, located close by, where he found a phone and called police. Officers have not released information about any possible suspects or elaborated on the condition fo the jogger.
