Grand Floral Parade

Saturday's featured Rose Festival events are the Keybank Grand Floral Parade and the Queen's Coronation, which begins immediately before the parade.

But even if you're an avid parade fan, don't mark your spot on the sidewalk, because the new duct tape ban was put into effect this year.

The parade starts at 10 a.m. in downtown Portland. It will be broadcast live on KGW Northwest Newschannel 8 and will be streamed lived on kgw.com. The coronation begins at 8:30 a.m.

"Saturday's Rose Festival Grand Floral Parade will be under cloudy skies and a chance of showers," said KGW Meteorologist Dave Salesky.
