Robber makes off with cart full of booze in N. Portland

PORTLAND -- Police were looking for a man who broke into a Jantzen Beach liquor store and took off with a container full of booze.
Early on the morning of May 14, detectives said the suspect drove up and smashed through the window of the store. He then loaded up a yard debris can full of cigarettes and liquor, police said most of it Jack Daniels whiskey.

The man was described as white, in his mid to late-20’s, with dark hair, a goatee and mustache, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and dark tennis shoes.
The vehicle was a late 90’s Chevy full size pickup with a canopy.
Portland police and Crime Stoppers were offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information.
