Driver succumbs to injuries from Highway 6 crash

Banks – A Happy Valley man succumbed to his injuries Friday afternoon, after he was involved in a car crash on Highway 6.

61-year-old James Perry Law was driving his motorcycle when he was unable to stop and crashed into the side of a Jeep, Oregon State Police officials said.

Law was transported to Tuality Forest Grove Hospital where her later died.

Police said Law was wearing a protective helmet when he crashed.

The driver of the Jeep was not injured.

The crash closed Highway 6 for several hours Friday.
