Several men arrested in connection with Dundee tavern shooting

DUNDEE, Ore. -- Three men were arrested Thursday in connection with a shooting at a Dundee tavern earlier this month, police said.

Willard Wayne Waggoner was arrested in Albany for the April 30 shooting that shut down traffic on Highway 99W. He was charged with attempted murder, attempted kidnap, assault in the first degree. He was lodged in Yamhill County Jail and was being held on $2 million.

Kevin Duane Litscher and Cory Dwight Homestead were also arrested in connection with the shooting, police said.

A fourth man, Hallie Murray, who was wanted out of Marion County on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, was arrested as well.
