MILWAUKIE, Ore. – A fast food employee was arrested for rape and sex abuse after an attack on a coworker in a restroom Sunday.

Clackamas County Sheriff's were called to a Wendy's restaurant on SE McLoughlin Boulevard around 5:30 Sunday evening.

Witnesses led police to arrest 29-year-old Evanivaldo AlejoSebastian, of Gladstone. Deputies called a victim advocate to meet with the woman at a local hospital.

Phuc Nguyen, the Wendy's franchise owner, released a statement saying: "We are shocked that this incident happened at our restaurant. We try very hard to provide a safe environment for our employees and customers."

AlejoSebastian was charged with rape and sex abuse.
