Vancouver vacant house destroyed by fire

VANCOUVER, Wash. -- Authorities say a vacant house in Vancouver has been destroyed by fire.
On Thursday, heavy smoke was billowing out of the house, as firefighters hosed it down.

Knowing no one lived there, firefighters fought the house fire defensively, they say, not going inside.
Officials say the house was on 66th Avenue.
