Police ID Dundee tavern shooting suspect

NEWBERG, Ore. -- Police identified a shooting suspect on the loose.

Police said Willard "Billy" Wayne Waggoner, 32, was wanted for the shooting at Lumpy's Landing last Wednesday night.
Witnesses told police a man walked into Lumpy's Tavern, at 975 SE Hwy 99W in Dundee, just before midnight with a gunshot wound.
The victim, later identified as Grant Leroy Herring, 46, Dundee, was flown to a Portland-area hospital by LifeFlight. Details of his condition were not released but police did say that he survived the shooting.
Waggoner is described as white, 5'6", 140 pounds, with blue eyes, brown hair, with multiple tattoos on both arms. He was considered armed and dangerous and anyone who sees him should cal 9-1-1.
