Tricia Michelle Harris, 38, was crossing Highway 20 around 11 p.m., near Fairview Road, when she was hit in the right eastbound lane by a Dodge Dynasty.
The driver was identified as Dana Jeanette Meacham, said Oregon State Police Lieutenant Mark Cotter.
Harris was pronounced dead at the scene, Cotter said.
Meacham suffered minor injuries and was transported by ambulance to Lebanon Community Hospital, according to police.
No criminal charges are anticipated.
Both eastbound lanes were closed for three hours as traffic was detoured in the area.
