Cyclist killed by hit-and-run driver on SE Foster

A bicyclist was run down and killed by a driver who took off on Southeast Foster Road Friday.

According to Portland Police, it happened just before 4 p.m. on the 11500 block, police shut down several blocks to traffic. The car was described as a 1991-94 two-door, maroon Honda Accord.
The driver was said to be a heavyset, Hispanic female with long, straight hair, police said. The car was last seen headed west.
Officers said the victim was a male, but did not otherwise identify him.
