Lebanon Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man and woman who they say kidnapped their three children early Saturday morning.

Police officials said that 29-year-old Charles Agosto and 30-year-old Julia Anne Payne took their three children from a family member's home on Harrison Street in Lebanon around 1:30 a.m. Saturday morning.

Agosto and Payne are the children’s biological parents but do not have custody of them. They were taken out of their home by DHS and placed with the family member.

The children who were abducted are 9-year-old Saije Payne, 4-year-old Izaya Agosto Payne and 2-year-old Isacc Agosto Payne.

The suspects were reported driving a 1984 Cadillac Eldorado 2D with Oregon License plate ZXN447.

Sgt Kevin Martinez with the Lebanon Police department said they do not believe the children are in any imminent danger but would like to return them back into DHS custody as soon as possible.

Anyone with any information on the couple is asked to call their local police department.
