Officers arrested 21-year-old Jesse Jordan for selling marijuana, and his mother 46-year-old Dianne Schnauber, was arrested for violating a release agreement. She was previously arrested for assaulting Jordan and ordered not to have contact with him.
Deputies said they found a half-pound of pot in the home on SW Blanton Street.
Investigators described the home as being one of the dirtiest they had ever seen, with garbage in and outside, and people living in a small shed and tent in the backyard.
The owner of the house, 61-year-old Ernest Johnson, was cited and not taken into custody.
