Johnathan Morgan, 21, had left the club just before he was assaulted.
Morgan was taken to St. Charles Medical Center in Bend in a private vehicle. He was treated for non-life threatening knife wounds to his legs and abdomen and is in stable condition.
Officers were unable to locate a suspect at the scene, but information from Star’s Cabaret employees led them to Barry Vaughen, 40, who was also inside the club that night.
Police searched for and found Vaughen around 6:30 a.m. in the area of Ward Road and Larson Road. He was changed with Attempted Murder, Assault and Unlawful use of a Weapon.
There is no evidence Morgan and Vaughan had contact inside Star’s Cabaret.
