OHSU cuts ties with Lance Armstrong's doctor

A doctor who helped treat Tour de France champ Lance Armstrong was asked to leave Oregon health Sciences University.

According to the Willamette Week, Dr. Craig Nichols was put on administrative leave and his contract was not going to be renewed in July.
Nichols serves on the board of directors for the Lance Armstrong Foundation and the Oregon Chapter of the Leukemia Lymphoma Society
He helped treat Armstrong, who survived testicular cancer and went on to ride the Tour de France seven victories.
Neither Nichols nor the hospital gave a reason for the decision, the paper said.
