Man arrested for making bomb threat on Portland bus

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Police arrested a 38-year-old man accused of making a bomb threat on a Portland bus.

The Portland Police Bureau says Quentin Buggs told another passenger he had a bomb in his backpack. Buggs was removed by officers Tuesday evening and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with public transportation. He has been booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center.
Police said the backpack was filled with stacks of paper.
