Tyler Collins, his address unknown, was traveling northbound on I-5 at about 91 miles-per-hour when he was spotted by Oregon State Police.
Police say Collins sped away, exiting the freeway at milepost 55.
He traveled down Agness, then to 'N' street onto the parkway, in Parkdale, then finally stopped at Parkdale Circle.
Collins and his passenger, 23-year-old, Timothy Marchessault, of Grants Pass, decided to keep running -- on foot. They didn't get far.
Both men were taken to the Josephine County Jail on multiple charges.
Police discovered a pair of brass knuckles behind the passenger seat.
