AMBOY, Wash. -- One man was killed in a crash blamed on icy roads near Amboy, Washington Tuesday night.

Clark County deputies said a U.S. Forest Service officer came across the accident on Cedar Creek Road around 8 p.m. involving two cars.

Robert Stevenson, 55, was declared dead at the scene. The other driver was also hurt.

Police said alcohol did not appear to be a factor, and slippery roads were likely the cause.
