Worker crushed to death at NE Portland construction site

A worker at a construction sit was killed Monday after he was pinned between a truck and a building in Northeast Portland.

According to Portland Fire Lieutenant Allen Oswalt, it happened at Canron Construction around 1:45 when the 55-year-old employee was pinned to an outbuilding by a semi cab.
Raw video: Sky 8 over the accident scene Rescue crews tried to free the man using heavy equipment, but he was dead at the scene, Oswalt said.
OSHA is investigating.
The man’s identity was not released.
