Brandon Michael Sullivan was charged with rape, sexual abuse, distribution of a controlled substance and strangulation stemming from a December 3 incident involving 15 and 14-year-old victims.
On December 3, Sullivan invited the two girls to his residence, located at 441 NE Birchwood Road in Hillsboro, to watch movies, said Hillsboro Police Lt. Michael Rouches.
“During this time Sullivan had given the two girls the drug Ecstasy in soft drinks and had forcible sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old victim,” Rouches said.
After about two hours the girls fled the location and went home, according to police. Later that morning, they reported the crime.
That same day, Sullivan was contacted by police and arrested on unrelated outstanding drug warrants and probation violations.
He remains in custody.
