Armed robber holds up credit union in Raleigh Hills

Washington County sheriff’s deputies brought in a tracking dog Friday to search for an armed bank robber in the Raleigh Hills area.

A robber with a gun held up the Rivermark Credit Union in the Raleigh Hills Fred Meyer, located at 4794 SW 76th He ran off into the surrounding neighborhood after robbing the credit union.
The suspect was described as a heavyset, bald man probably in his early thirties and standing over six feet tall.
He was wearing a blue shirt and khaki pants with a bandana over face.
Police were searching the area of SW Northvale, SW Laurelwood, SW Scholls Ferry Road and Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway.
No one was hurt during the robbery.
