The last time her family saw Elizabeth Torres was Tuesday morning before school. She takes the bus to Southridge, where she is in the special education program, said Washington County Sheriff’s Sgt. David Thompson.
Torres did not arrive at school Tuesday.
“We are unsure at this time if she ever got on the bus,” Thompson said.
He added that Torres does not know her way around and does not have any money.
Torres is 5-foot-1 tall, weighs about 110 pounds, and has long black hair. She is Hispanic. She was wearing blue jeans and a black jacket and carrying a pink and black Adidas backpack.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call 911, Thompson said.
