Miguel Alcazar of Tigard did not explain why he drove into the patrol cars and ran when police tried to pull him over last October.
Alcazar did ask for leniency, saying he had almost completed his high school work while serving time in a juvenile facility for assault.
But the judge sentenced Alcazar to 47 months in prison and ordered him to pay nearly $14,500 in fees and restitution during three years of post-prison supervision.
