Canadian police reported that the Spadys and their four children crossed into British Columbia on September 8, Clark County deputies said Tuesday.
Kim Spady was supposed to relinquish custody of her children to the state before the family disappeared. The children were ordered placed in the state's custody due to a pending sexual assault case against Jeff Spady.
