Portland police busted a southeast Portland chop shop thanks to a victim who kept an eye on Craigslist.

A man called police and told them he had found his stolen car parts listed on the popular Web site.

Plainclothes officers contacted the sellers and made arrangements to look at the stolen parts. When they did, police confirmed the parts were stolen and arrested the sellers, father and son Jason and Clifford Rickerd.

Both were already on parole for car theft, said Portland Police Sgt. Brian Schmautz.
