'Huffing' blamed for deadly Marion County crash

Police believe "huffing" is to blame for a deadly crash in Jefferson, Oregon.

Rebeckah Jo Ann Crisman, 16, died after a car crashed into a power pole on Marion-Jefferson road Monday night. She was a passenger in the car.
Three other people were in the car. All were all transported to nearby hospitals.
Falon Rae Williams, 23, of Albany, the driver of the car, was arrested and charged with second-degree manslaughter.
Investigators believe Falon had deliberately inhaled gas vapors from a carbon dioxide cylinder before the crash.
